These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2jbate ("2jbate", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 2jbate website, mobile interface, gaming products, sportsbook, promotional programmes, and any ancillary services offered under the 2jbate brand. To register for and use a 2jbate Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account's active status:
2jbate reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period designated by 2jbate may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access 2jbate Gaming Services, you must complete the registration process available at the 2jbate Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid mobile number, and a unique password. You warrant that all information provided is true and that you will update it promptly if it changes.
Each individual is entitled to hold only one registered Account on 2jbate. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same identity or under different identities by the same individual — will be flagged, suspended, and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you suspect that a duplicate Account has been created using your personal details, contact support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. 2jbate strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via JazzCash OTP where available. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. 2jbate accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
2jbate applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 2jbate reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing until KYC documentation is verified to its satisfaction.
2jbate accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied. Payment method availability may be subject to change; current options are displayed within the 2jbate cashier at the time of transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier interface and are subject to revision by 2jbate at its discretion. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to reduced withdrawal limits until verification is confirmed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been satisfied. 2jbate targets processing of approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to payment network processing times outside 2jbate's direct control. 2jbate reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
2jbate reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be connected with fraud or money laundering; (b) the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder; (c) the Player's Account is under investigation or suspended; or (d) the transaction otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
From time to time, 2jbate offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds on certain game types, including but not limited to certain live casino games and low-margin slots, may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
2jbate actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, and coordinated exploitation by groups of players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 2jbate reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Unclaimed, unused, or un-wagered Bonus Funds are subject to expiry as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on 2jbate are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or card game. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform issues a confirmation reference. 2jbate reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) system errors have resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed; (b) the stake exceeds the Player's available account balance; or (c) the Platform suspects irregular or fraudulent betting activity.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or manifest odds error, 2jbate reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and to return stakes to the relevant Players' Accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and blatant mistake, including but not limited to odds that are patently inconsistent with prevailing market rates. 2jbate's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, PSL fixtures, international T20I and Test matches, football, UFC, and other sports are subject to suspension at any time during the relevant event. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to a suspension remain valid. 2jbate makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any live betting market.
All casino games, slots, and card game titles available on 2jbate utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and verifiable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual game titles are available within each game's information panel. 2jbate does not manipulate RNG outputs and does not offer games whose outcomes are determined by the Platform rather than certified software.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbate platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 2jbate Platform, including but not limited to the 2jbate name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, promotional materials, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 2jbate or its licensed third-party suppliers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 2jbate. Unauthorised use of 2jbate's intellectual property may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.
Third-party game titles available on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective providers. 2jbate licenses such content for use on the Platform and makes no claim of ownership over third-party game assets.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, interruption of service, or any losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity failures, or payment delays attributable to third-party providers.
2jbate's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 2jbate Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2jbate's liability for (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 2jbate, or (b) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2jbate does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

2jbate reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) 2jbate has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) a Player's account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or irregular betting patterns; (c) a charge-back or payment dispute has been raised against the Account; or (d) a Player has become a Prohibited Player. During suspension, the Player's Account balance will be preserved pending investigation outcome.
Following investigation, 2jbate may permanently close an Account and, where permitted by these Terms, forfeit associated balances where: (a) a material breach of these Terms is confirmed; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is established; (c) the Player is confirmed to be a Prohibited Player; or (d) KYC documentation cannot be verified after repeated requests. 2jbate will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player at the registered contact details associated with their Account.
A Player may request closure of their 2jbate Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., verified funds net of un-wagered Bonus Funds) will be processed to the Player's verified payment method subject to completed KYC verification. Account closure requests made within an active self-exclusion period will be treated as an extension of the self-exclusion.
2jbate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments of material significance will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to or at the time the changes take effect. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 2jbate Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3. 2jbate recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction under which 2jbate operates. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 2jbate in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Players should submit formal complaints to [email protected] with full details of the issue. 2jbate targets acknowledgement of formal complaints within 48 hours and resolution within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. 2jbate will provide relevant escalation information to Players upon request where direct resolution has been exhausted.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold under the consumer protection laws applicable to your place of residence.
